Clear Group expands its presence on the South Coast with the acquisition of Pangea Insurance Brokers and Pangea Life.

Clear Group, the UK’s fast growing independent insurance intermediary, has strengthened its presence on the South Coast with the acquisition of Pangea Insurance Brokers and Pangea Life, specialists in commercial & personal insurance, employee benefits, and business protection.

Owned and led by Michael Piper and Stephen Goulter, Pangea has built a strong reputation for delivering a highly personalised and professional service, supported by an in-house claims team. The business generates an annual income in excess of £3 million.

The dedicated team of more than 30 professionals will join forces with Clear, having played a key role in the company’s continued success under Michael and Stephen’s leadership.

The acquisition represents a positive and strategic outcome for Pangea’s clients and employees.
