Pangea Insurance is expanding across East Anglia, and we’re looking for a driven, sales-focused Hybrid Handler/Executive to join our team. This role is designed for handlers who aspire to become full Account Executives and want structured progression, mentoring, and real earning potential.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Manage and develop a small portfolio of commercial clients
• Seek new business opportunities and support the wider sales strategy
• Build strong relationships with prospects and clients across multiple sectors
• Support Account Executives on renewals, MTAs, and new enquiries
• Take increasing ownership of client meetings and sales activity as you progress

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Commercial insurance handler experience (broker or insurer)
